Joyful Noise Choir
A new Session is about to begin. If you want to share your voice

of Broadway
This show comes to St. Jerome after being presented at the Casino
of Montreal, the Casino of Hull and in Atlantic City. The new show
contains pieces from 25 musicals such as “Evita”, “Grease”, “Hair”,
“Saturday Night Fever”, “Les Misérables”, “Starmania”, “Cats”, “Mary
Poppins”, “Hair Spray”, and “The Beauty and the Beast”. This would

Nocola
Cicone returns to Café de la Gare for the second time. His ten albums sold
thousands of copies and many of his songs got to the top list on radio. He
will sing some of his most successful songs as well as from his new album

Aveladeen - « Celtic World »
Michel Dubeau plays Flute, Irish tin Whistle, Low Whistle, and
Highland Hornpipe. Benoit Chaput, guitar, mandolin, bouzouki and banjo.
Raoul Cyr, guitar, bouzouki, bugle, trombone and bodhran. Bernard
Ouellette, Cajon, dembeck, darbouka, hand drum. This group was founded in
2005 through a common interest in Celtic music. The quartet explores music
originating in Irish, Scottish, British, Spanish and Quebec Folklore.
Aveladeen is an imaginary name meaning a city of winds. Using instruments
such as the kaval, and darbouka, Aveladeen embarks on fusion with music from
other cultures such as, Maghreb, Latin, Jewish and Balkan music. Saint-

Philippe Prud’homme - Classical Piano
Diffusion Amal’Gamme hosted Philippe Prud’homme in April 2008, shortly after
his admission to the University of Montreal. What a long way since then by
an artist who was described as a “prodigy’’. He was awarded the first prize
in the 2009 Canadian Music contest (piano 17 years old) with a fabulous
score of 98% and in May 2010 he presented his examination recital to
complete his bachelor’s degree in interpretation. Saturday January 29, 8

celebrate women.

arts - This center offers many interesting projects, performances, music,
exhibitions and art classes, and activities for the whole family. Friday
evenings are for Humour Fun, plan to enjoy an evening at ICI Jan., 21 or
Jan. 28, at 8 p.m., or just drop in for a coffee and find out what else is
going on in this thriving center. The center is headed by Jennifer Cooke who
has been generating creativity programs in cooperation with school boards in
Quebec, and now those of Montreal. Samantha Smith offers expression through
