Dance for
Your Life!
This
summer, some of us joined in, when dance demonstrations were offered free at the
park during the St. Sauveur Arts Festival. Oh yes! Dancing it is hard work,
but who cares when you are having fun. There is Zumba (Zumba is danced to Latin
inspired rhythmic music), Belly Dance, African Dance, Line Dance, and lots more
to choose from, and if dance is not exactly your cup of tea, there are exercise
programs to improve your lifestyle and well being.

Lisa
McLellan
(who writes a column in this paper), can help you find what is best for you.
Lisa created a complete program of fitness classes offered in Morin Heights, and
Aqua-Fit (St. Sauveur), and individual private coaching. She is a qualified
“active living” specialist with a Master’s degree in Dance therapy, and thirty
years teaching experience. The autumn 2011 class program begins Sept., 19 and
